Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Monies – Reservations may be made by sending your completed booking form together with your deposit cheque, debit or credit card number, or by telephone, quoting your debit or credit card number. When booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £10) of the full amount shall be paid. For reservations made within 28 days of arrival payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

2. Booking Confirmation – When HAULFRYN GROUP LTD has accepted the booking in writing, the date then is not normally transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed, any amendments will incur a £20 administration fee.

3. Balance of Monies – The balance payment is due 28 days due to your arrival and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit if this payment is not received. Your deposit receipt will show the balance payment date.

4. Cancellation – Telephone us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. You must then confirm this in writing by first class mail. The date of the postmark is the date upon which the cancellation becomes effective. Deposits are non-refundable and if you cancel less than 28 days before the start of your holiday you will still be liable for the balance of your holiday cost.

5. Arrival and Departure – Departure during peak season is 10am. In off peak periods it may be possible to delay departure beyond this time please confirm with Reception the day prior to your departure.

6. Group/Party Bookings – The organiser or leader of a group or party booking is responsible for advising us of all party details and requirements. Please note that we are a family orientated holiday park and do not accept all male, all female, or mixed groups under the age of 25.

7. Vehicles – There is a strict 5MPH speed limit throughout the park. Your vehicle, accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Haulfryn Group Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or it’s contents except through the negligence of it’s employees. Please park within the marked area on your touring pitch and do not drive around the speed ramps.

8. Leisure Complex – Opening times for the Bar and Restaurant as well as Reception vary throughout the year. Please check with Reception for times. Children will not be permitted unless accompanied by a responsible adult. A smart casual dress code will operate in the Bar and Restaurant complex, you will be refused admission if inappropriately dressed.

9. Dogs – Dogs (other than registered assistance dogs) are NOT permitted in any of ours buildings, must be kept on a lead at all times and must not foul the park. Pooper scoops are available from Reception.

10. Barbecues – Barbecues may be used with caution and in a proper barbecue container. Disposable barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground. No barbecues permitted after 11pm.

11. Special Requests – These cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to satisfy them although you must make your requests at the time of booking.

12. Behaviour – If, in our opinion, you or any member of your party are not suitable to continue their holiday because of unreasonable or antisocial behaviour, damage to property, or danger or significant annoyance to others your holiday contract may be terminated and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be due and we reserve the right to claim compensation for any damage.
